Can I track my order?
Every order shipped comes with a tracking number, so you can always see when
your package will arrive.
How to return?
The return of an item is only possible when the item:
- Is not damaged
- Includes the original packaging
- It is not worn and/of used
1. Register you return by sending an email to brisa.and.coco@gmail.com
Put 'Return' + your name and the order number in the subject line.
Explain which item you would like to return in the email. Only request your return through email, so we can process it.
We will reply to that email and will send you the address and instructions to send your package to.
2. Put the item you would like to return in the original packaging. We don’t accept
damaged returns. Put your name and order number on a paper inside the package so we know it's yours.
3. Bring your return to a post office and get a track and trace. It’s very important
to have prove of your return in case something goes wrong with the shipment
process.
4. The shipping costs are at the customer’s expense. We are not responsible for
lost or damaged return orders.
5. After we receive the return we will refund your money within 14 days.
When do we deliver?
We send your order within 2 business days.
Delivery costs are bades on your location and weight of the package.
When ordering from outside Europe, please be aware that import taxes are the
responsibility of the client.
These taxes are not included in the purchase price and must be paid upon delivery.
Additionally, if you decide to return the product, any import taxes we paid will be deducted from the total refunded amount.
Can I exchange an item?
If you would like to exchange your item, you can send the item back and order the
other one on our website.
Shipment rejected?
If you refuse the package upon delivery or if you do not pick up the package within
the specified timeframe at the pickup point, the shipping costs and the return
shipping costs will be at your expense.
These costs will be deducted from the amount to be refunded for the return shipment.
