Shipping and returns

We do everything we can to ship your order to your complete satisfaction. 

If something is wrong, please follow the steps to return.

Shipping NL - Small (Brievenbus): € 4,95

Shipping NL - Big (Package): € 9,95

Shipping Europe - Small: € 9,95

Shipping Europe - Big (Package): € 12,95

We usually send your order within 2 business days. We send small-sized orders in Europe in a letterbox package. As we send small-sized orders, then you don't need to stay at home. 

The cancelation request must be notified to us by email to brisa.and.coco@gmail.com no later than 14 days after delivery.

Please mention your order number and we will give you the address details where to send it to.

The returned package must be received by us no later than 14 days.

In the package include the note from your order so we can identity your package, when we receive it.

Additional costs charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the person receiving the package.
